Building & Evolving a Brand

Over several years, I built Marketware’s brand from the ground up — creating its first visual identity, brand guidelines, and a full suite of marketing assets. My role extended across every touchpoint: from sales and client success enablement to digital channels to product collaboration. When Marketware later joined the Medsphere family, I evolved the brand to align with new corporate standards while ensuring its unique voice and strategy stayed intact.

What I Did

Brand Systems

Developed and maintained brand guidelines, libraries of templates, logos, icons, product screenshots, and an extensive library of custom illustrations and graphics.

Creative Design

Produced white papers, toolkits, infographics, sales slicks, event branding, digital ad creative, social media visuals, and internal company materials.

Website Design

Designed, built, and currently maintain Marketware’s website, including site architecture, content strategy, copywriting, custom graphics, and photography, while continually optimizing UX for campaigns and product launches.

Digital Marketing

Designed and coded HTML email campaigns, including newsletters, product updates, and nurture tracks, while also managing LinkedIn content calendars, creative assets, and campaign execution across Marketware and Medsphere.

Team Enablement & Collaboration

Created scalable resources for sales, client success, and product teams — including custom decks, proposals, RFP templates, kickoff decks, implementation guides, training resources, release notes, feature guides, and in-product education — while working cross-functionally to ensure visuals and messaging remained consistent across all departments and initiatives.

The Goal

A brand that grows with the company — consistent, professional, and easy for every team to use. My work ensured that Marketware looked as strong externally as it operated internally, while providing the team with scalable tools that supported measurable engagement, client education, and long-term adoption.
